In this present theoretical study, an analytic formalism is developed to investigate the electrostatic lower hybrid wave by counterpropagation of two different profile laser beams in collisional plasma embedded with static magnetic field. As the counterpropagating two laser beams interact with collisional magnetized plasma, it would cause the beat wave having frequency \(\omega ={\omega }_{1}-{\omega }_{2}\) and wave number \(k={k}_{1}+{k}_{2}\) . The beating of two laser beams produce nonlinear ponderomotive to the plasma electrons. It would have efficient potential to couple the pre-existed electrostatic lower hybrid wave and thus driven beat wave excites the electrostatic lower hybrid. Lower hybrid wave is excited much more as the beating of two different profile laser beams polarized along the electrostatic lower hybrid wave. As the beatings of two laser beams having finite y-extent, the coupled electrostatic lower hybrid wave also possess effective y-component wave number and a component of group velocity along the static magnetic field. This leads to causes the convective losses. The spatial shape of power profile of electrostatic lower hybrid wave promises that it can be much more excited with the variation in laser beam decentered parameter, beam width parameter, Hermite polynomial mode index, laser beam transverse propagation distance, electron-neutral collision frequency and electron cyclotron frequency. One may apply this theory of electrostatic lower hybrid wave excitation in electron heating and laser high harmonic generation process.
