RETRACTED ARTICLE: Application of IoT real-time monitoring based on optical sensors in residents’ sports and health service system

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things, the real-time monitoring of residents’ sports health service system has become a key demand. As a common optical sensing technology, light sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity and real-time performance. Therefore, this paper discusses the application potential of real-time monitoring of Internet of Things based on light sensor in residents’ physical health service system, and evaluates its effectiveness and feasibility in monitoring users’ movement, physical signs and environmental information. A real-time monitoring system of Internet of Things based on light sensor is designed and integrated into the residents’ sports health service system. Multiple optical sensor modules are used to collect real-time user movement, physical signs and environmental information. By analyzing and processing sensor data, the performance of the system in real-time monitoring of user movement, physical signs and environmental information was evaluated. Experiments show that the real-time monitoring system based on light sensor can effectively monitor the user’s movement, physical signs and environmental information in real time. The system has a high degree of sensitivity and accuracy, and can accurately identify the user’s type of exercise, heart rate changes, and environmental parameters.
