<p>The practical estimate of error of Gaussain quadrature rules on the semicircle is an important problem in scientific computing. To estimate this error anti-Gaussian and averaged quadrature rules on the semicircle are introduced by Milosavljević et al. (Numer. Algor. <b>99</b>, 2173–2197 <CitationRef CitationID="CR9">2025</CitationRef>). In order to obtain a better estimate of the error of such Gaussain quadrature rules, in this paper we introduce the generalized averaged Gaussian quadrature rules on the semicircle. Two representations of such quadrature rules and some of their properties are included. In addition, the applications are demonstrated through numerical examples.</p>
