<p>This paper investigates complete synchronization of Caputo-Hadamard fractional-order fuzzy competitive neural networks (CHFFCNNs). Firstly, based on Caputo-Hadamard fractional theory, several equations and inequalities involving Mittag-Leffler functions and invertible <i>M</i>-matrices are introduced, and a vector-valued fractional Halanay inequality in the form of <i>M</i>-matrices is rigorously proved. Secondly, a linear controller is designed, and some complete synchronization criteria of CHFFCNNs are obtained by using our Halanay-type inequality. Finally, a numerical example is provided to verify the validity of the theoretical outcomes.</p>

摘要

This paper investigates complete synchronization of Caputo-Hadamard fractional-order fuzzy competitive neural networks (CHFFCNNs).
