Numerical analysis of the nonlinear aggregation process in cellular slime mold using an efficient fractional algorithm

In this work, the nonlinear fractional model of Aggregation process in cellular slime mold is investigated by applying the Homotopy perturbation transform technique. The existence and uniqueness are analyzed by utilizing the fixed point theorem. The presented technique is applied to solve three test cases and its solution’s behavior is studied through two-dimensional as well as three-dimensional graphs. MATLAB software is used for plotting graphs and obtaining tabulated data. The consecutive terms error is also calculated to show the convergence of solution given by the presented method. The results of presented technique are compared with the homotopy decomposition method and modified homotopy analysis transform method.
