Shuffle medical image encryption scheme based on 4D memristive hyperchaotic map
摘要
The emergence of the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) significantly improves the efficiency and experience of medical diagnosis, while attracting attention from potential attackers due to its considerable commercial value. Chaos-based encryption methods, characterized by robust resistance against attacks and rapidity in encryption can effectively safeguard the privacy of patient data. This paper proposes a new 4D memristive hyperchaotic map (4D-MHM) that enhances the complexity of original map through the application of memristor. Dynamical analysis and randomness test indicate that the 4D-MHM exhibits complex dynamical behavior and wide range of chaotic parameters, enabling it to generate highly random chaotic sequences suitable for encryption schemes. Therefore, we further utilize the proposed map to design a novel shuffle medical image encryption algorithm (MHM-MIEA), which is inspired by card game and adopts ingenious diffusion structure. Simulation results demonstrate it has fast encryption speed and high security, ensuring the confidentiality of medical data. Compared with some existing algorithms, it intuitively exhibits obvious advantages in differential attack and encryption efficiency.
