Analysis of dynamic characteristics of gear-bearing transmission system with shaft current damage
摘要
Shaft voltage is easily generated at the motor’s shaft, and bearing damage will occur. It leads to abnormal vibration of the gear system. In this paper, the generation reason for shaft current damage is clarified, and the influence of the shaft voltage and shaft current on damage is theoretically calculated and analyzed. Then, considering the bearing support stiffness, gear mesh stiffness, tooth friction, and other factors, a gear-bearing system is established. The bearing support stiffness is calculated by the static contact model of the bearing, and the accuracy of the gear-bearing system model is verified through experimental analysis. Next, the damage fault of the shaft current is given, and its influence on bearing support stiffness is discussed. Finally, the phase diagrams, Poincare cross-section diagrams, and spectrum diagrams of the gear system with different circumferential range angles of bearing defects are obtained, and the impact of bearing shaft current damage on system response is analyzed.
