Signals by flow solitons and supermolecular complex by DDMC/PTX in TME

摘要

Drug delivery systems by DDMC/PTX confirmed its excellent anticancer activity. The DDMC/sncRNA complex has also confirmed its excellent anticancer activity by changing normal cells from cancerous cells (Klimenko and Sidorov, in Non-coding RNA Res 4:69, 2019). The kinetics by normalized relationship between dose rate and cell death rate using DDMC/PTX appears as a sigmoid and does not change shape and speed during the reaction period of MTT assay at different time points as a soliton wave. These feedback control systems can be explained as to their stability and durability by a transfer function having conserved momentum, energy and mass transfer soliton signal. The block diagram of this signaling system in TME uses its external force G(s) and dN(s) loop transfer function. This step response was ideal with no time lag in the soliton uptake response. By soliton flux, the result shows that classical control theory and quantum mechanics can be related to the chemistry of the S-shaped induced fit model.
