Neurological Complications after COVID-19 Vaccination

The aim of the present work was to study the relevance and incidence of the development of neurological post-vaccination complications during the COVID-19 pandemic. Diagnosed complications, including neurological complications, occurring after administration of the COVID-19 vaccine during the pandemic are described on the basis of the results of a systematic literature search of several databases. Continued long-term studies are needed to fully establish the pathophysiological mechanisms of the causal relationship between neurological complications and COVID-19 vaccines. This will allow pharmacological correction of vaccine safety profiles.
