摘要

Monodisperse PbS colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) ranging in size from 2.5 to 6.2 nm were obtained from N, N'-diphenylthiourea and lead(II) chloride in the presence of a long-chain amine. It has been shown that the particle size can be controlled not only by changing the temperature and time of synthesis, but also by changing the length of the hydrocarbon chain of the coordinating amine. It was found that CQDs with the narrowest particle size distribution are formed when using octadecylamine, and with a decrease in the length of the amine, the polydispersity increases.
