摘要

This research aims to apply digital twinning technology to environmental monitoring in the dual-hull yacht domain, focusing on sewage pumps. A digital-driven monitoring and retrieval system for dual-hull yacht sewage pumps is proposed. The system utilizes displacement sensors to collect real-time vibration data from the sewage pump and transmits it to the system. Vibration data is predicted and analyzed using the BP neural network threshold method, providing mathematical support for monitoring and prediction. The system achieves digital twinning, establishing a correspondence between the physical system and the digital model, facilitating real-time monitoring and simulation analysis. A user interface is created to present the monitored data visually. Ship engineers and maintenance personnel can easily monitor the operation of sewage pumps through the system by retrieving detailed information such as manufacturing, maintenance, and operational history. Timely repair measures can be taken when potential faults are predicted. The effectiveness and feasibility of the system have been validated through experiments.
