摘要

Development of abnormal grain growth at different size distributions of disperse second-phase particles is studied with the help of numerical modeling. At an increased coefficient of variation of the particle size distribution, the abnormal growth starts at a smaller volume fraction of the second phase and develops more intensely. This implies that the evolution of abnormal grain growth can be controlled by varying the particle size.
