摘要

The complex reflection and transmission coefficients of radio frequency devices in waveguide lines are measured in radar and radio navigation in the development, production, testing, and maintenance of super high frequency devices and units. These parameters characterize the coordination between transmitting and receiving lines at super high frequencies. Prior to the approval of GET 219-2024 State primary standard of complex reflection coefficient and complex transmission coefficient in waveguide lines in the frequency range from 2.14 to 178.4 GHz, the metrological traceability of complex reflection coefficient and complex transmission coefficient units in waveguide lines was established to working standards developed in the 1980s. The operating frequency ranges and the level of automation of previous measurement standards did not meet current requirements and could not fully address modern measurement challenges. In order to ensure uniformity in the measurement of complex reflection coefficients and complex transmission coefficients, GET 219-2024 was developed and approved. The standard provides a means to reproduce, maintain, and disseminate the units of complex reflection coefficient and complex transmission coefficient in 16 domestic and 22 foreign waveguide lines. The study confirmed that the metrological characteristics of GET 219-2024 are comparable with those of standards held by the national metrology institutes of other countries.
