Influence of structure on the long-term strength of powdered EP741NP superalloy modified with aluminum nitride nanoparticles
摘要
The influence of the structure obtained by modifying the powdered heat-resistant EP741NP nickel superalloy with aluminum nitride nanoparticles on its long-term strength is considered. The morphology of the resulting carbonitride phases, evolution of the precipitation of γ’ phase particles, and the behavior of the long-term strength indicator depending on the mass content of modifier nanoparticles are analyzed. The behavior mechanism of the composite material is assessed in relation to high-temperature deformations.
