摘要

The experimental studies of the composition, structure, and properties of lead-antimony powder particles produced by electrodispersing SSu3 alloy waste in lighting kerosene demonstrate the high efficiency of the electrodispersion technology. This technology ensures the production of powders suitable for the fabrication of corrosion-resistant battery plates at low power costs. Powder materials produced by electrodispersing SSu3 alloy waste in kerosene have the following characteristics: the particle shape is spherical in the presence of agglomerates; the particle size is from 0.18 to 45.41 μm; on the particle surface, there is excess carbon, and lead and antimony are distributed relatively uniformly; the phase composition consists of α-PbO (litharge) and high-temperature β-PbO (massicot), as well as Pb3O4, Sb2O3, and pure Pb.
