摘要

A dilatometric study of supercooled austenite transformation in steel 20Kh2G2SNMA is conducted during various stepwise quenching versions with exposure in the martensitic region. Processes occurring during single-stage, two-stage quenching, and stepwise quenching with tempering are studied. It is shown that two-stage quenching makes it possible to stabilize up to 14% of retained austenite at room temperature within the structure of the steel studied. Values of mechanical properties (strength, ductility, impact strength) are determined. It is established that quenching of the steel studied and partitioning provides higher strength and elongation indices compared to oil quenching and low-temperature tempering with lower values of relative reduction of area and impact strength.
