<p>In this paper, several circular one/two/three-dimensional consecutive <i>k</i>-type systems are studied, including circular consecutive-<i>k</i>-out-of-<i>n</i>: F systems, circular <i>l</i>-consecutive-<i>k</i>-out-of-<i>n</i>: F systems without/with overlapping, circular connected-<InlineEquation ID="IEq1"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(({k_1},{k_2})\)</EquationSource> </InlineEquation>-out-of-<InlineEquation ID="IEq2"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(({n_1},{n_2})\)</EquationSource> </InlineEquation>: F systems, circular <i>l</i>-connected-<InlineEquation ID="IEq3"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(({k_1},{k_2})\)</EquationSource> </InlineEquation>-out-of-<InlineEquation ID="IEq4"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(({n_1},{n_2})\)</EquationSource> </InlineEquation>: F systems without/with overlapping, circular connected-<InlineEquation ID="IEq5"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(({k_1},{k_2},{k_3})\)</EquationSource> </InlineEquation>-out-of-<InlineEquation ID="IEq6"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(({n_1},{n_2},{n_3})\)</EquationSource> </InlineEquation>: F systems, and circular <i>l</i>-connected-<InlineEquation ID="IEq7"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(({k_1},{k_2},{k_3})\)</EquationSource> </InlineEquation>-out-of-<InlineEquation ID="IEq8"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(({n_1},{n_2},{n_3})\)</EquationSource> </InlineEquation>: F systems without/with overlapping. Reliability functions of these systems are studied using finite Markov chain imbedding approach (FMCIA). Some illustrative examples are provided, and possible applications and generalizations of the established results are also mentioned.</p>

摘要

In this paper, several circular one/two/three-dimensional consecutive k-type systems are studied, including circular consecutive-k-out-of-n: F systems, circular l-consecutive-k-out-of-n: F systems without/with overlapping, circular connected- \(({k_1},{k_2})\) -out-of- \(({n_1},{n_2})\) : F systems, circular l-connected- \(({k_1},{k_2})\) -out-of- \(({n_1},{n_2})\) : F systems without/with overlapping, circular connected- \(({k_1},{k_2},{k_3})\) -out-of- \(({n_1},{n_2},{n_3})\) : F systems, and circular l-connected- \(({k_1},{k_2},{k_3})\) -out-of- \(({n_1},{n_2},{n_3})\) : F systems without/with overlapping. Reliability functions of these systems are studied using finite Markov chain imbedding approach (FMCIA).
