摘要

The electrolyte materials of solid oxide fuel cells, made of the developed 8YSZ powder and its analogue manufactured by Tosoh (Japan), were compared. It was found that ceramics from the developed powder demonstrated higher strength and ionic conductivity under the same manufacturing conditions. Thus, samples sintered at 1400 °C made from the developed and foreign powders, with a total porosity of 2.5% and 4%, have an electrical conductivity of 2.75×10−3 and 1.23×10−3 S/cm, respectively.
