Analysis of thermal cycles during brazing and welding of 08 kp steel
摘要
Results of research on determining the value of thermal cycles using various methods of obtaining the 08 kp steel permanent joints: arc TIG welding, TIG brazing, plasma brazing, and TIG and plasma brazing with pulsed current, are presented. The analysis of experimental and calculated thermal cycles showed that their geometric shape coincides qualitatively, but quantitatively, the calculated values are somewhat higher than the experimental ones according to the time distribution. Plasma brazing with the use of pulsed current provides the minimum amount of thermal cycles and is the most effective method of obtaining permanent joints of low-carbon 08 kp steel.
