Tensometric study of the stress-strain state of the fuel tank
摘要
A solid composite cryogenic fuel tank was studied during tests with the excess pressure of liquid nitrogen during repeated fuelling/draining cycles. An algorithm for processing tensometric measurements was created, and a computational experiment was performed. A visual analytical technology of processing and assessing the structure state during tests with excess pressure of liquid nitrogen was proposed and implemented to control the state of carbon fiber thin-walled power shells. It was confirmed that the structure during the testing process effectively accepts loading and is deformed with no differences, both under repeated loading and increased pressure.
