摘要

Peculiarities of the transformation of non-metallic inclusions of various types, as well as their fracture during hot rolling of sheet steels and wire rod products, depending on the temperature and force regimes along the entire route of pressure treatment, were studied. It is shown that the differences in the parameters of technological processes of hot deformation determines the differences in the processes of shape change and redistribution of inclusions in the steel matrix, as well as competing phenomena which accompany them (contact friction and slippage at the inclusion-matrix interface boundaries). The processes which determine the peculiarities of the physicochemical mechanics of the non-metallic inclusions in steels during hot rolling were discussed.
