<p>This paper explores some of the important changes which are observable due to the digital modernisation of social interaction. The disruption of the new and current global developments in technology is a hotly debated topic. While many opportunities are created, there is a growing concern that some aspects of the unrestrained digital revolution and especially AI, have impacted and are compromising collective interactions between individuals in society. The real issue is that face to face communication has been replaced by impersonal digital and other mechanical means.</p>
