摘要

In this paper, a sample container insulation technique through electromagnetic heating was proposed. An experimental platform for heating a stainless steel sample container with a high-frequency electromagnetic heater was built. A numerical model coupling electromagnetic and thermophysical phenomena was solved by the finite element method, and the reliability of the model was verified by comparing the experimental data with the simulation data. Aiming at the problem of uneven temperature on the inner wall of the sample container, the experiment was optimized and a set of experimental parameters with high satisfaction were obtained. This study verifies the feasibility of applying electromagnetic heating technology to the development of adiabatic calorimeter. The adiabatic calorimeter can quickly track the real-time temperature of the sample reaction. This study has important guiding significance for the implementation of reaction safety risk assessment and chemical safety assessment.
