Study on optimization of water use efficiency in electric vehicle maintenance process in sustainable green environment

摘要

As the number of electric vehicle owners continues to climb, so does the need for effective maintenance procedures. In light of this, a crucial area of research is figuring out how to use water resources efficiently during maintenance. For electric vehicle maintenance, a circulating water pump station—mostly made up of a water pump, pipeline, valve, and cooling tower fan—is crucial. Operational difficulties, however, offer excellent chances for optimization. This research uses LabView programming to construct a PIDNN controller that incorporates PID control into a neural network and improves the controller’s reaction speed using a virtual instrument hardware platform. According to the results, the PIDNN controller performs noticeably better than conventional PID control in several important performance parameters. From a practical standpoint, our results suggest that optimizing water use in electric vehicle maintenance lowers operating expenses and advances sustainability objectives by reducing water waste and encouraging resource conservation. This achievement aligns with worldwide efforts towards sustainable growth and advances the goal of creating eco-friendly procedures in the automobile sector.
