Research on efficient wastewater recycling treatment technology for a leach mining uranium mine in Inner Mongolia
摘要
In response to the problem of large amount of process wastewater and storage space demand in a uranium mining mine in Inner Mongolia, the Nalinggou expansion test project was taken as the research object. By conducting impurity concentrations in various process water, well washing water, evaporation pool water, and other wastewater, the concentration range of each impurity was determined, and a wastewater classification and classification treatment plan for each process was developed. We have developed a classification and reuse process for resin backwash water, transformation water, and well flushing water, which has increased the wastewater reuse efficiency from 66.4 to 81.6% and reduced the wastewater discharge from the evaporation tank by 81.6%. By calculating the wastewater generated during the operation of industrial projects and adopting a combination of wastewater classification storage, classification reuse, and classification treatment, the efficiency of wastewater reuse can be increased to 85.00%, achieving the goal of efficient wastewater reuse.
