Study on static leaching characteristics of key elements in vitreous bodies from surrounding rock water
摘要
This study explores the leaching behavior of simulated high-level waste glass in water–rock saturated solutions (calcite, chlorite, quartz) from China's Beishan disposal site. Experiments at 90 °C with high SA/V ratio revealed distinct corrosion patterns: quartz solution caused the highest corrosion depth (extrapolated 1.31 mm/3000 years), followed by calcite and chlorite solutions. The research provides novel insights into site-specific glass corrosion, offering critical data for safety assessment of geological repositories.
