摘要

This research validates and optimizes a combined electron beam (EB) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) treatment for authentic wastewater from Vietnam's textile sector, focusing on industrial feasibility. The addition of 10 mM H2O2 created a powerful synergistic effect, reducing the required radiation dose from 10 to 3 kGy—a greater than three-fold reduction—without compromising degradation efficiency. A cost–benefit analysis confirmed substantial operational savings. The process consistently produced a stable, reusable-quality effluent that surpassed both stringent international (ZDHC) and Vietnamese national (QCVN 40) standards, establishing it as an economically viable and sustainable solution.
