摘要

The IAEA database for monitoring energy and intensity parameters of charged particle beams is upgraded by re-evaluating recommended values after additional experimental cross sections are introduced. For 29 reactions induced on Al, Ti, Cu, and Mo targets by charged particles (p, d, 3He, 4He), data available in the literature were compiled, evaluated and recommended cross section data were produced after selection. Four new monitor reactions were evaluated for the first time. Where possible, the energy range is extended. Integral yield curves over the studied energy range are derived and compared to experimentally measured yields at specific energy points. A comparison was made with the theoretical excitation curve prediction of the TALYS-code (TENDL 2023 online results) and with the recommended data of the previous evaluation.
