<p>This study evaluates the physicochemical and radiological quality of surface water in a specific region of Haouz after an earthquake to assess its suitability for consumption. Sampling revealed stable conditions, with neutral pH values around 7 and conductivity ranging from 635 to 1732&#xa0;µS&#xa0;cm⁻<sup>1</sup>. A strong correlation (97%) was observed between conductivity and total dissolved solids (TDS), confirming conductivity as a reliable indicator of TDS. Radiological analysis showed that all alpha and beta activities were below detection limits, indicating low contamination. These activities complied with Moroccan drinking water standards, with detection limits of 0.024&#xa0;Bq&#xa0;L⁻<sup>1</sup> for alpha and 0.044&#xa0;Bq&#xa0;L⁻<sup>1</sup> for beta. Annual ingestion doses were below WHO and IAEA thresholds, with conservative estimates likely overestimating actual doses.</p>
