摘要

This study explored the gain value of fractionated administration of 177Lu-PSMA-617 in treating prostate cancer. 20% administration dosage of 177Lu-PSMA-617 realized 26.42% radiation accumulation of the normal dose, meanwhile, low-dose administration did not cause significant decrease in tumor PSMA expression within 3 days post injection. When compared with the conventional administration regimen, the fractionated administration regimen was of the same tumor inhibition rate, but showed more obvious tumor activity inhibition efficiency. Hence, the efficacy of PSMA-specific β-therapy can be improved via fractionated administration of radiopharmaceuticals.
