<p>We use an <i>a priori</i> inequalities method in negative norms to prove the well-posedness of the Dirichlet initial-boundary-value problem for the pseudoparabolic integrodifferential equation with Volterra-type integral terms. We also establish the existence of optimal control of the corresponding systems for control operators acting in the spaces of generalized functions.</p>

摘要
