摘要

For modeling the dynamics of viral infection under the conditions of adsorption therapy, we propose to use an approach intended for the identification of a coefficient that characterizes the influence of the diffusion redistribution of antigens in micropores of the adsorbent on their diffusion redistribution in the medium of an organism for various types of functional dependences of this coefficient and the overdetermination conditions. By using asymptotic and numerical methods, we synthesize a procedure of step- by-step approximation to the solution of the corresponding singularly perturbed model problem with an unknown parameter and delay. The results of computer experiments aimed at the identification of the unknown parameter are presented. It is indicated that the identification and application of the variable coefficient of adsorption influence guarantee the possibility of more accurate prediction of the dynamics of infectious diseases, which is quite important for decision-making systems used for the proper choice of treatment procedures of different types.
