<p>For polynomial matrices of simple structure, we construct a triangular form with respect to semiscalar equivalence oriented by characteristic roots. We determine some invariants of matrices oriented by the characteristic roots with respect to the semiscalar equivalence transformations. The form of the transforming matrices is established.</p>

For polynomial matrices of simple structure, we construct a triangular form with respect to semiscalar equivalence oriented by characteristic roots. We determine some invariants of matrices oriented by the characteristic roots with respect to the semiscalar equivalence transformations. The form of the transforming matrices is established.
