Homogenization of Equations of Dynamics of a Medium Consisting of Solid and Incompressible Oldroyd Fluid

We consider an initial-boundary value problem describing the dynamics of an ε-periodic two-phase medium consisting of an isotropic elastic or viscoelastic material and a compressible viscoelastic Oldroyd fluid. We derive a homogenized initial-boundary value problem describing the limiting dynamic behavior of a two-phase medium as ε → 0.
