<p>In this research, we establish that, within the Musielak Sobolev space context and under specific conditions on the data, there exists at least one non-trivial solution to the double phase problem, with a homogeneous Choquard-type expression on the right-hand side. Our method utilizes the Nehari manifold, the Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev inequality, and various variational techniques. The results presented here expand upon existing findings.</p>
