Smoothness of Parabolic Volume Potential in the Dini Space

In the Dini space, we study the smoothness of parabolic volume potential in a semi-bounded spatial domain with nonsmooth lateral boundary of Dini–Hölder class in the situation where the potential density can grow in a certain way near the parabolic boundary of the domain.
