Lewis acid type promoted MCM-41@SnPr-DABCO-H: a robust, metal-free and reusable nanocatalyst for clean in situ synthesis of CH-tetrazoles

摘要

New nanocatalyst Lewis acid type promoted MCM-41@silyl-n-propyl modified 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (MCM-41@SnPr-DABCO-H) as an effective, metal-free and heterogeneous reusable nanocatalyst was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, SEM, TEM, EDS, XRD, TGA-DTG and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) techniques. This nanocatalyst was used in the clean synthesis of various CH-tetrazoles in moderate to high yields. The CH-tetrazoles were synthesized by the one-pot reaction of triethyl orthoformate, aniline derivatives and sodium azide in the presence of catalytic amount of nanocatalyst. CH-tetrazole structures were characterized and confirmed by FT-IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy techniques.
