Significance of Surfactant Supported Zr-808@MoS2 for Colorimetric Detection of Uric Acid, Effective Pesticide Adsorption and Potential Antioxidant Activity
摘要
In-situ synthesis of Zr-808@MoS2 and surfactant (CTAB) functionalized Zr-808@MoS2 nanocomposites synthesized via hydrothermal route successfully. The optical and structural properties were analyzed using UV-DRS, FT-IR, XRD, FESEM-EDAX and DLS studies. Here, relatively easy, an inexpensive and non-enzymatic technique that uses surfactant supported Zr-808@MoS2 for the selective detection and measurement of uric acid has done. Colourless 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) has oxidized by enzyme mimic with aid of H2O2 to produce blue-green oxidized TMB. A colorimetric change occurred when uric acid is added, reducing oxidized TMB to colourless product. The Limit of Detection (LOD) was also decreased as low as 0.4 µM. For adsorption of pendimethalin, CTAB/Zr-808@MoS2 demonstrates maximum adsorption efficiency of 97%. Also an equilibrium, kinetics and thermodynamic properties of adsorption study over CTAB/Zr-808@MoS2 was validated. This work optimized an excellent pesticide removal at 2.5 ppm with catalyst dosage of 10 mg. The DPPH antioxidant assay was reported as high as 87.54% for CTAB/Zr-808@MoS2. In future this work must provide more application prospects for the development of nanozymes in the field of biosensors effectively.
