摘要

The results of DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) studies before and after the effect of electrothermal polarization (ETP) of PP + ZrO2 nanocomposites with the inclusion of different percentages of metal oxide ZrO2 nanoparticles in the temperature range of 40 ÷ 200 °C are discussed in the presented work. The effect of ETP on the regularity of changes in the complex of thermal and physical properties depending on the number of metal nanoparticles and the value of the applied electric field intensity was studied, as well as AFM images of nanocomposite samplesbefore and after electrothermal polarization, and surface morphology were studied. During the analysis of the DSC, it was found that after ETP, at different values of field intensity, a second new endomaximum is formed around the temperature ∼110 °C. It has been shown that the change in thermal parameters is due to the change in mobility at the interfacial boundary between the matrixand the nanoparticle depending on the field intensity value. The AFM image of nanocomposites shows that their surfaces are smooth after exposure to ETP.
