Catalyzing Sensitivity: Exploring CuO’s Influence on PVA/PPy Films to Enhance its Performance for NO2 Gas Detection
摘要
This study investigates the enhancement of NO2 gas detection performance using CuO nanoparticles in PVA/PPy composite films. The addition of CuO nanoparticles to the polymer matrix significantly improves sensitivity and selectivity for NO2 detection. Through a series of experiments and analyses, the synergistic effect of CuO nanoparticles on the electrical conductivity and surface morphology of the composite films is elucidated. The results demonstrate the potential of CuO-doped PVA/PPy films as effective gas-sensing materials for environmental monitoring applications.
