A Fluorescent Probe for Carboxylesterases Detection in Estradiol Valerate-Treated Inflammation Alleviation
摘要
In this work, a fluorescent probe PIPM-CE was developed for the carboxylesterases (CE) detection in the estradiol valerate (EV)-treated inflammation alleviation. Under the excitation at 368 nm, the notable fluorescence signal was found at 479 nm. The confirmation on the working conditions suggested the rapid recognition reaction process and stable reporting signal. The probe also showed relatively high sensitivity, high specificity, and low cytotoxicity. By the construction of the basic correlation between the CE level and the fluorescence signal intensity, PIPM-CE achieved imaging the EV-treated inflammation alleviation on both the rational therapeutical treatment and the avoidance of overdose-caused disorder. This work was meaningful for the precise monitoring of the hormone therapies.
