<p>A method has been developed for calculating a squared-off multi-flow cascade with losses of working substance by varying the cuts of partial flows of isotopic mixture components in the stages. The method uses a honeybee-colony algorithm to minimize deviations of the calculated feed flows of stages from the specified value. Unlike known techniques, the developed method is not associated with solving systems of nonlinear equations and setting approximations for isotope concentrations in the outgoing flows. This significantly simplifies the calculations. A computational experiment on the separation of a multicomponent mixture of cadmium dimethyl was carried out, showing good agreement with known calculations.</p>
