Deposition of Nanoparticles and Their Agglomerates from a Laminar Gas Flow onto a Substrate
摘要
Two universal mechanisms of isothermal deposition of nanoparticles from a gas flow (Brownian diffusion and gravitational deposition) are investigated. The results of a model experiment on the deposition of nanoparticle agglomerates from a laminar gas flow onto a flat substrate at room temperature are presented. Disintegration of nanoparticle agglomerates on increase in the flow velocity is detected.
