<p>Children with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), often struggle to maintain attention, manage behaviors, and stay motivated during educational and therapeutic activities. This study examines the impact of low-tech assistive technology, the Click4all device, on behavioral and cognitive variables during discrete trials. Dependent variables analyzed included the frequency of dysfunctional behaviors, response latency, sustained attention spans, performance in identifying and categorizing stimuli, and measurement of behavioral indicators to assess motivation. Participants took part in two distinct session formats: operator-conducted and Click4all-mediated, enabling a direct comparison of these approaches. Results revealed significant improvements in sustained attention, reduced dysfunctional behaviors during Click4all-mediated sessions, and higher motivation levels. These results highlight the potential of assistive technology to enhance engagement and learning outcomes in children with neurodevelopmental disorders, providing a promising direction for more inclusive and effective educational and therapeutic interventions.</p>
