<p>The influence of Al thickness on the electrical and optical performance of AZO/Ag/Al/AZO films is investigated. When the thickness of the Al layer is 1&#xa0;nm (abbreviated as AAAA-10), a high average transmittance of 80.3% and low sheet resistance of 18.1 Ω/sq. are obtained. The sheet resistance change rate of AAAA-10 is 77% after being subjected to high temperature (85&#xa0;°C) and relative humidity (85%) for 55&#xa0;min, while the sheet resistance change rate of AZO/Ag/AZO films is 8531%. When AAAA-10 and AAA film are immersed in Na<sub>2</sub>S solution for 80&#xa0;s, the sheet resistance of the AAA film increases by 136 times, while the sheet resistance of the AAAA-10 film only increases by 1.41 times. Due to its good optical and electrical properties, the heater prepared based on AAAA-10 film has good repeatability and thermal stability. These results make AAAA-10-based film heater have a good application prospect in the field of transparent heaters.</p>
