Multifunctional attributes of PVA/PVP/ZnWO4/Sn-blended polymers for optoelectronic and capacitive energy storage uses
摘要
The present purposes to fabricate nano-ZnWO4/Sn-loaded polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/ polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) to utilize in numerous optoelectronic and capacitor energy storage fields. The phase identification, crystallite size, and morphology of the filler sample were inspected. The influence of the dopant amount on the structure of the pure blended sample was inspected using the X-ray diffraction instrument. The filled samples have absorption in the UVA and UVB regions. The direct and indirect bandgap energies became 3.93 eV and 3.41 eV, respectively, when the host blended sample has 7 wt% ZnWO4/Sn. In the visible zone, the refractive index of the host blended sample grew as the quantity of ZnWO4/Sn rose. The optical dielectric constant in the visible zone rose as the amount of the filler increased in the host-blended polymer, but it decreased in the UV zone. The nonlinear optical characteristics of the loaded sample were enhanced in the visible range with increasing concentrations of ZnWO4/Sn. The sample with 7 wt% ZnWO4/Sn exhibited the highest dielectric constant and ac conductivity. The AC electrical conductivity of the loaded sample was amplified as the host sample loaded with either 1 or 7 wt% ZnWO4/Sn. Blends with 1 or 5 wt% nano-ZnWO4/Sn possess an enhanced capacitance.
