Mixed-phase over-oxidized MoTe2 enriched with tellurium: an anode for high performance Li-ion battery
摘要
Hydrothermally synthesized mixed-phase tellurium-enriched over-oxidized MoTe2 exhibited a specific capacity of 331.16 mAh/g at 0.1 C with a capacity retention of 88% during the rate performance. The newly approached mixed-phase electrode demonstrated a specific capacity of 360.14 mAh/g at 0.4 C at the end of 440 cycles. Exceptional results of mixed-phase MoTe2 indicate structural and chemical robustness of electrode material as an anode in LIB.
