<p>The paper “Investigation of structural, dielectric, impedance, and conductivity properties of layered perovskites type compound: LiNdSnO<sub>4</sub>” [J Mater Sci: Mater Electron 35, 1898 (2024)] has a major error in that the crystal named as “LiNdSnO<sub>4</sub>” does not exist because the studied sample is a mixture of several other compounds. In addition, the paper contains several non-scientific statements.</p>
