<p>With the rapid development of modern detection methods, single-band stealth technology is inadequate in effectively countering multi-band detection systems. Consequently, multi-band compatible stealth technology, which can enhance the survivability of military targets, has gained significant attention. Radar and infrared technologies serve as primary military detection methods in the modern information battlefield. Stealth materials serve as the material basis for stealth technology, and the application of radar/infrared compatible stealth technology is urgent. In this review, the research progress of radar/infrared compatible stealth materials is summarized. Firstly, the theory of radar/infrared compatible stealth technology is analyzed. Secondly, the classification of radar/infrared compatible stealth materials is introduced, which includes single system, composite system, and metamaterials. Finally, the challenges and opportunities faced by radar/infrared compatible stealth materials in the present stealth era are summarized, and the future development trends are presented.</p>
