摘要

High electric field effect on self-assembled PVDF/Au/Si nanodots leads to enhance in piezoelectricity for sensors, nanogenerators, and non-volatile ferroelectric memory applications is evaluated using DART piezo-force microscopy (PFM).The self-assembled PVDF nanodots are synthesized using a spin coater process with a 2-weight percent PVDF-DMSO solution. The formation of crystalline phase and microstructures are studied by FTIR-ATR and ATM. The piezo and ferroelectric characteristics are studied with various applied DC bias ± 5 to ± 60 V. The poling process is performed using various DC voltages of − 10 V, + 10 V, and + 30 V. The enhancement of polarization and piezo response are observed at 30 V poled area. The results show that self-assembled nanodots have the potential to utilize the nanogenerators and non-voltalite memory applications.
